Our McOpera Outreach members had a great time on July 22nd sharing our music making with the residents of David Cargill House, as part of the Enterprise Music Scotland ‘Train and Sustain Dementia’ programme. Head of McOpera Outreach Sue Baxendale said “It was such a privilege for us to work alongside the musical talent and enthusiasm of both the residents and staff, with rhythmical games, and opera and jazz standards which residents joined in with their fantastic singing and dancing…We had a ball!”
